Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain timelines for tracking customer programs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal resources.
• Provide resolution for any roadblocks in projects.
• Manage project budgets and escalate overages.
• Create and maintain a project Open Issues List.
• Meet with stakeholders to communicate project issues.
• Analyze program risks and escalate discoveries.
