CG Automation & Fixture (CGAF) in Comstock Park, MI, seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary project launches in a fast-paced environment. You will drive timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with mechanical designers and equipment builders.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of program management experience, a background with electromechanical equipment, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of complex program/project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electromechanical equipment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain timelines for tracking customer programs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the external customer and internal resources.
• Provide resolution for roadblocks threatening project success.
• Manage project budgets (material and labor) and escalate overages as needed.
• Create and maintain project Open Issues List through final customer approval.
• Meet with stakeholders to communicate project issues and decisions clearly.
• Analyze program risks and escalations and report to management.
• Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
