Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking an Advanced Program Manager in Rosemont, IL to lead intelligent automation initiatives from vision to delivery. You will own the roadmap, guide teams, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities that deliver measurable business value.

Expertise in RPA/AI, agile delivery, and IDP is expected to drive compliant, high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with business units, IT, and the CoE, shaping standards and improving processes while

Qualifications

• Familiar with intelligent automation tools (RPA, AI/ML)
• 3-5 years in financial services
• Working knowledge of agile methodology to deliver solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Ethical behavior and business practices
• Data visualization and storytelling
• Clear written and spoken communication
• Organizational and detail-oriented
• Ability to foster teamwork and make decisions

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive the end-to-end automation roadmap across RPA, AI/ML, and IDP.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, IT, and Scrum Master to translate roadmaps into delivery.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; protect the team from scope creep.
• Maintain backlog and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Track progress, prepare status reports, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Contribute to Center of Excellence standards and best practices.
