Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing automation systems incl. robotics, PLCs, SCADA, MES, and IoT technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional automation projects across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with PMP, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects across multiple manufacturing sites: planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with engineering, operations, IT, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate controls, mechanical, software, and operations teams.
• Track timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across all phases.
• Collaborate with vendors and system integrators for on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate design reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning of automation equipment.
• Maintain project docs: charters, schedules, risk registers, status reports.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile in project execution.
• Support validation, change management, and compliance with standards.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
