• Completes projects and programs according to requirements, focusing on product/process specs, costs, resources, and timeliness.
• Documents all phases of development and ensures reporting and transfer of information, with compliance to policies.
• Optimizes use of materials and financial resources across the project.
• Leads collaboration with staff to maximize productivity of the project.
• Drives R&D of new technologies and incorporates new processes into products/services.
• Prepares project plans and coordinates deliverables from planning to implementation.
• Monitors cost performance and reports to the business unit.
• Participates in intrabusiness unit design teams to achieve goals.
• Researches causes of obstacles and helps implement solutions.
