Paslin is seeking a Program Manager to guide automation projects from initiation to closure, interacting with customers and coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.

The role requires 5–7 years in program management within automation, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive programs on time and on budget. On-site work at Paslin locations with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of program management experience in an automation environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multi-location teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Paslin as the main point of customer interaction.
