Job summary

Symbotic LLC is seeking a Production Technician in Tolleson, Arizona to ensure the processing of pallets within an automated distribution center. Responsibilities include performing checks, monitoring flows, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

This role requires reliability, the ability to work safely, and productive multitasking. The ideal candidate will work on a construction site environment and must be able to lift items and work at heights as required. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Must be literate, written and verbal, in English language.
• Reliable and maintains satisfactory attendance.
• A high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety commitments are met daily.
• Perform pre-production checks on automated adapters.
• Report all out of spec conditions and perform root cause corrective action.
• Monitor and utilize common radio etiquette.
• Assist automation technicians as needed.

Skills

Ability to analyze stoppages and resolve/escalate accordingly

Demonstrates commitment and ability to work safely

Ability to maintain required productivity/work expectations

Proficiency in performing all System Inspection functions

Ability to multi-task and perform multiple job functions at once
