Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst to support the Operational Excellence department. The role involves data organization, visualization, and analysis, plus identifying and developing process improvements across PTL locations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, with 2 years of data/process analysis experience and exposure to Minitab. Travel 10–25% and strong communication skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, Lean certifications preferred.
• 2 years of data analysis or process analysis experience preferred.
• 2 years in Industrial Engineering or equivalent role preferred.
• Introductory level experience with Project Management, Time Studies, and Process Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and report generation; automate data retrieval and visualization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
• Identify waste and develop process improvements and automation techniques.
• Conduct time studies and observe processes across locations; report findings.
