Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst to support initiatives within the Operational Excellence department. You will analyze data, map processes, observe operations, and help develop automation to reduce waste.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, conducting time studies, and maintaining SOPs. Travel 10–25% is expected; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, concentration in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, Lean certifications preferred.
• 2 years in a technical data/process role preferred.
• 2 years in Industrial Engineering or equivalent role preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Automate data retrieval and visualization processes.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards.
• Develop as-is process mapping/analysis and identify waste.
• Develop automation techniques to reduce waste.
• Observe processes at Penske locations and conduct time studies.
• Prepare findings and recommendations reports.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and department documents.
