Job summary

You will optimize production processes, troubleshoot equipment, and lead small automation projects to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams, you will implement new technologies, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Automation or related field.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for production lines and automation equipment.
• Develop and improve processes to increase productivity and quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support new equipment installations and line transfers.
• Create and maintain production documentation and metrics.
