Job summary

The Process Engineer at TPI Composites, Inc. will support and optimize BladeAssure technologies within the manufacturing environment.

You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and engineering teams. You will develop and maintain process documentation, participate in trials and deployment of new equipment, and collaborate across functions to improve reliability, product quality, and operational efficiency on the factory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with hands-on experience supporting automated manufacturing systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, firmware, safety controllers, CMMS and condition-based monitoring (CbM). Experience customizing PLC programs or CMMS is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and performance; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure reliable operation of BladeAssure systems across the facility.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate escalations, and drive timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEAs, inspection plans, and validation records.
• Serve as on-site SME for BladeAssure technologies, ensuring process compliance and effectiveness.
• Support training and transition of new processes to production teams.
• Assist with trials, testing, validation, and deployment of new equipment and program enhancements.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to improve performance.
• Track system performance, document findings, and communicate updates and risks to leadership.
