Job summary

Adecco is seeking two Control Technicians for our manufacturing team in South Charleston, WV. You will support process controls, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with new processes while collaborating with maintenance and production teams.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in automotive manufacturing or 4+ years in non-automotive settings, and familiarity with AutoCAD. Hands-on work and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
Experience in automotive or general manufacturing environments
Familiar with control systems and sensors

Responsibilities

Support process controls and engineering initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Assist maintenance teams with major equipment faults and downtime issues
Support engineering changes and implementation of new processes
Work with automation, robotics, sensors and control systems
Create/interpret process flow charts, setup sheets and line layouts
Assist with capacity studies and new product launches
Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
Collaborate with quality and operations to improve processes and metrics
Keep up-to-date with automation and manufacturing trends
