KIK Consumer Products is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III for 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday with weekend needs). The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial automation and control systems in a chemical-processing plant.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, PLC, HMIs/SCADA knowledge and hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms. Competitive hourly pay plus differential applies.
Competenze
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electrical Automation.
- Experience with HMIs, VFDs, SCADA, and industrial networks.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, safety circuits, and control panels.
Mansioni
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, automation, mechanical, and process-control equipment.
- Triage PLC-controlled systems using Allen-Bradley, Siemens, HMIs, and SCADA."
- Read schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams to support repairs and maintenance.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance.
- Maintain records of maintenance, drawings, and backups of PLCs and HMI applications.
- Assist with safety, lockout/tagout, and process-safety procedures.
