TriMas Packaging LLC in New Albany, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production lines running by maintaining electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on molding machines, punch presses, and automated assemblies.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, read schematics, and implement PLC changes across multiple controllers. The role requires a 2-year technical degree and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year technical degree.
• Must read hydraulic and electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Experience with PLC changes on multiple controllers is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and CMMS software.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on molding machines and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment using sound techniques.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance.
• Fabricate fixtures and tooling as needed.
• Coordinate with shift personnel and Maintenance Manager on issues.
