Job summary

Hypertherm, Inc. in Lebanon, NH is seeking an Electronics Maintenance Technician to support Light Industrial Consumables on a state-of-the-art manufacturing floor.

You will maintain and troubleshoot electronic and electromechanical systems, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, calibration, and active participation in continuous improvement, lean events, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years electronics experience in manufacturing.
• Able to troubleshoot electromechanical systems with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in industrial environments and able to work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform measurements, inspections, calibrations, audits, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers.
• Apply basic quality tools (5 Why, Pareto analysis, check sheets).
• Read and interpret safety rules, procedures, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Support gauge/instrument use, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (kaizen, 3P).
• Follow control of non-conforming material processes.
