Sl America Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to perform mechanical and electro-mechanical repairs on Production Assembly equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment in Clinton, TN. The role requires collaboration with the Production Team, safe and efficient maintenance, and hands-on problem solving with PLCs, robotics, and sensors.

The ideal candidate will have an AS degree or equivalent experience, and extensive knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes and verification

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• AS Degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PLC and Robotics troubleshooting; sensors such as laser, fiber optic, proximity, and vision.

Responsabilités

• Interact directly with Production Team members to resolve daily maintenance issues.
• Ensure unscheduled maintenance is communicated to Production Maintenance Team Leader and that work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Evaluate Error Proofing Verification Failures and recommend improvements to eliminate false failures.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are properly completed in the asset system and participate in root cause analysis and recurrence prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and ESD standards.
