Job summary

Snorkel AI seeks an IT Platform & Automation Engineer who will automate internal infrastructure, integrate core SaaS tools, and own security-focused workflows. You will connect Okta, Greenhouse, Notion, and Slack, replacing no-code paths with robust code, and build internal tooling and dashboards for self-service IT, HR, and facilities requests.

Expect heavy coding, API integrations, and zero-trust security in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT/Platform engineering or similar
• Advanced Python or JavaScript/Node.js coding, with git/CI/CD/testing/docs
• Strong API fluency: REST/GraphQL, OAuth2, JSON
• IdP & MDM experience with Okta/Azure AD and at least one MDM (Jamf/Intune)
• Security-first mindset across integrations

Responsibilities

• Own Identity & Access Management, API integrations, and automation
• Develop and maintain internal tooling, dashboards, and Slack apps
• Build and maintain zero-trust, automated security and compliance workflows
• Focus on automation-first networking, endpoint management, and integration orchestration
• Experiment with AI/LLM integrations for internal tools and workflows
