Henry Ford Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support and optimize automated systems across the health system, with a focus on ADC replenishment, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency. The role collaborates with pharmacy, nursing, and IT teams to enhance patient safety and medication delivery.

The position requires a high school diploma, Michigan licensure, and at least two years of pharmacy technician experience; inpatient experience preferred and automation experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Requires MI pharmacy technician licensure.
• Two years of experience as a pharmacy technician (inpatient setting preferred).
• Experience with automated dispensing systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain automated dispensing systems and profiles.
• Support automation implementations and coordinate with vendors/IT.
• Monitor medication discrepancies and support resolution with Nursing Management.
• Run and interpret automation/controlled-substance reports.
