Job summary

AU Solutions is seeking an Automated Equipment Operator to run and monitor the packaging line for agricultural products. You will manage computerized systems and robotic devices, perform diagnostics, and ensure quality through routine checks.

Responsibilities include documenting checks, monitoring seals/labels, handling changeovers, and collecting samples to prevent cross contamination. Strong math, communication, and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, electrical machinery and HMI.
• Good math and analytic skills, strong communication.
• 2-3 years in manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and service computerized systems and robotic devices used for packaging.
• Perform routine diagnostic checks and isolate problems; may contact offsite technicians.
• Complete required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, labels, and overall packaging quality.
• Execute efficient changeovers to equipment centerlines.
• Collect samples to verify no cross contamination.
• Use production software to maximize uptime and reduce breakdowns.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and adhere to safety practices.
