Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Littleton, CO seeks a Machine Operator Specialist to support the production of our automated equipment. You will handle material loading, inspections, and documentation in accordance with GMP and device history records.

This role requires adherence to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement through lean tools. You will collaborate with the team to hit output targets, participate in problem-solving, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in process control testing and molding/welding quality preferred
• Working knowledge with HMI interactions preferred
• Process knowledge of the Auto Cell and RF work centers preferred
• SAP/ERP experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Operate a complex automated process and load machines as required
• Assist with lot open/close processes and line clearance
• Document raw material batches in the Device History Record (DHR)
• Inspect, test and ensure quality of products per procedures
• Read HMIs, troubleshoot alarms and basic machine issues
• Maintain GMP, GDP and quality standards
• Support lean tools and continuously improve output/efficiency
• Communicate safety, quality or production issues to leadership
• Work overtime as needed and collaborate with team on problem solving
