Pay: $20.50/HR Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM Schedule: Monday–Friday

Position Overview

Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Automation Operator to join a manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment, making machine adjustments, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. What You'll Do

• Operate automated and semi-automated production machinery
• Set up and operate equipment according to established procedures and production specifications
• Monitor machines and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality and production standards
• Use computer-controlled and manually controlled equipment
• Learn and use precision measuring tools to verify product quality
• Monitor production processes and identify potential issues
• Work alongside experienced technicians and learn basic machine maintenance processes
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete required production documentation and computer data entry
• Meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of experience operating CNC, automated, or manufacturing equipment strongly preferred
• CNC programming experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, and squat occasionally
