Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking personnel to operate and monitor automated packaging equipment on-site in Russellville, AR. You will ensure smooth material flow, follow safety protocols, and inspect products to maintain high quality.

You will troubleshoot minor issues, rotate across lines, and keep a clean, safe workspace in a 6S environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, willingness to learn, and adherence to cGMP standards while supporting Rockline's RRITE values: Renew, Respect, Integrity,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and analytical skills expected.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, automated setting.
Team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment such as palletizers and conveyors.
Ensure smooth material flow and compliance with safety protocols.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy and keep standards high.
Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments to maintain production.
Rotate between lines, assist the team, and learn new skills.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (6S).
Document and verify inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare.
Wear required PPE and uphold cGMP standards.
