Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the handling and operation of building systems at a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of related experience or training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standard maintenance scenarios
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair MHE and robotic systems.
• Repair electrical and mechanical issues on MHE.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
