Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment throughout the facility. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in MHE repair, predictive and preventive maintenance, and experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing MHE or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ years blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• 1+ years knowledge with electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
