Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• 3-5 years of related project engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of automation, controls, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PLC programming, HMI, networking, and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-size engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Develop schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Design, develop, and implement automation, controls, and process improvements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and root-cause analyses to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D.
• Support equipment specs, procurement, installation, and validation.
• Present updates and design reviews to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to minimize risks.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and quality systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Support NPI, transfers, and process optimization.
