Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, Idaho is seeking an Automation Manager to oversee daily operation of automated systems and electrical equipment within the facility. You will guide maintenance teams, ensure safety standards, and drive reliability across production lines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in a leadership role with automated electrical systems, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with automated electrical systems.
• Manufacturing and/or industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of automated systems and electrical equipment.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure reliability and safety.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and plant teams on Capex projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and incident prevention.
