We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure peak performance, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems.
Maintain hydraulic fluid levels and replace filters as needed or per preventive maintenance schedules.
Grease and service machinery in line with maintenance instructions.
Repair mechanical issues, including hydraulic, air, or water leaks, in a timely and effective manner.
Inspect and maintain safety devices on all equipment as part of preventive maintenance.
Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures before performing equipment work.
Complete emergency repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
Enter, read, and close out work orders accurately.
Conduct forklift maintenance inspections and maintain checklist documentation.
Participate in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school, or a minimum of 1 year related maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, proportions).
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and apply torque up to 180 lbs.
Willingness to work overtime during the week or on weekends as needed.
