Job summary

Amcor Monroeville, PA is seeking a Tier 1 Automation Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair on automated equipment and robots. The role requires following PM schedules, mold change setups, and ensuring part containment while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

You will work within the automation team, service guards and safety devices, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced packaging environment. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance duties on all automated equipment
• Repair offline and online automation equipment including robots
• Maintain guards and safety devices on automated equipment
• Keep a high level of housekeeping in work areas
• Follow ISO/SQF and plant safety policies
• Monitor molding grid and PM schedules in JDE system
• Support mold changes and part containment
• Conduct pit stops according to molding pit stop schedule
