Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of drives, gearboxes, indexing units, and pneumatics.
• Ability to learn specialized machinery quickly via peer training.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and moving around tight spaces.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform preventive maintenance on automated liquid fillers and indexers.
• Repair high-precision mechanical assemblies and reduce line downtime.
• Maintain facility utilities: air compressors, vacuum systems, chillers, HVAC basics.
• Diagnose mechanical faults under production pressure and implement fixes.
• Maintain PM logs and track spare parts inventory.
