Job summary

AeroSafe Global in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support automation, facilities, and machinery initiatives. You will troubleshoot equipment in real time, implement upgrades, and ensure system reliability across conveyors, robotics, and precision manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, downtime reduction, coordinating with mechanical, electrical and PLC suppliers, and maintaining safety with LOTO policies.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years maintenance and automation experience.
• Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Automation: end-to-end implementation of upgrades incl. mechanical/electrical integration.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust automation equipment, conveyors, robotics, and precision systems.
• Respond to production disruptions with quick intervention and root-cause analysis.
