Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship required.
• 2+ years in high-speed automated production or related systems.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals.
• Experience with GMP and safety practices.
• Experience with root-cause analysis methods such as 5 Whys and Fishbone.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; assist more senior staff.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues.
• Participate in root-cause analysis under supervision.
• Assist in transferring new production lines.
• Lead maintenance tasks on small projects; mentor juniors.
