Job summary

TXM INC in Bernville, PA seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep a brand-new distribution facility running at full capacity. You will perform preventative, reactive and planned maintenance on conveyors, automated storage and retrieval systems, and related equipment, applying electrical and mechanical skills.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience with conveyors and PLC systems, working in a high-pressure environment, and eligibility to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on conveyors/material handling equipment.
• Experience in a high-pressure maintenance environment.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, inverters, control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics and gearboxes.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Preventative, Reactive and Planned Maintenance tasks across the site, plus contributing to Continuous Improvement tasks.
• Performing Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on Automated Storage Retrieval Systems and storage/picking systems.
• Reporting job details, breakdown information and follow-up tasks in a CMMS system.
• Providing exceptional maintenance support to on-site customers' installed systems.
• General care and housekeeping of machinery and work areas.
