Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire role in Middleboro, MA. You will maintain and repair automated manufacturing equipment and respond to preventive maintenance activities on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.

The position features a day shift, competitive pay of $25–$35 per hour, and comprehensive benefits. Collaboration with a team in a leading manufacturing environment is expected.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
• Solid experience with CMMS software systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with single and three-phase motors, transformers, relays, and industrial control equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, conveyor systems).
• Read schematics and blueprints; use voltage meters and understand 24V, AC/DC, 110V, 480V systems.
• Perform light welding (Stick/MIG) on machine parts.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and facility maintenance.
