Job summary
Hamilton Company is seeking a CNC Maintenance Repair Technician to support CNC equipment and facility systems in Reno, NV. The role focuses on repairing CNC machines, calibrating control systems, and improving maintenance processes, with relocation assistance for non-local candidates.
You will work under the Maintenance Manager, applying knowledge of Fanuc controls, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
- Repair experience on CNC lathes and mills in heavy manufacturing.
- Knowledge of safety procedures to prevent hazards.
- Ability to read and follow ladder and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of CNC systems and facility equipment.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential machine geometry issues causing bad parts.
- Troubleshoot, repair & calibrate machine control systems.
- Train others in troubleshooting machine control systems.
- Assist Maintenance Manager with preventive & predictive maintenance.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Complete repairs to keep CNC machines and facility equipment in good condition.
- Assist with procurement of repair parts and services.
- All other duties as assigned.
