Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have substantial maintenance experience in automated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and automation in industrial settings.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and corrective-action skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions and root causes.
• Inspect equipment for wear and optimization opportunities.
• Repair or replace defective components to minimize downtime.
• Lead maintenance activities including repairs and analyses.
• Move, install, and dismantle equipment safely as needed.
• Prioritize work with production needs and equipment availability.
• Follow lockout/tagout and PPE protocols consistently.
• Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory in systems.
