Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven experience with Allen Bradley PLC and PLC troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Experience with bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and equipment rebuilds.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial production and processing machinery, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair Allen Bradley PLC systems.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and machine data to diagnose issues.
• Monitor equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team to optimize maintenance procedures.
