Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Experience with welding, PLCs, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems running smoothly.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and optimize performance.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints or manuals and implement fixes.
• Install or repair wiring, electrical components, plumbing, and equipment.
• Regularly inspect machinery to identify signs of malfunction and take action.
• Apply OSHA safety policies and procedures consistently.
• Use hand/power tools, electric meters, and handling equipment as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and adopt new technologies to enhance production.
