Job summary

The LEGO Manufacturing Virginia Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Coordinator to lead and coordinate maintenance in a highly automated warehouse. You will ensure safe, reliable operations and optimal equipment performance to support quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, optimizing settings, coordinating downtime, and supporting technician development. Strong PLC and WMS experience are required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Experience leading teams or supervising others.
Advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance in automated environments.
Ability to work at heights (8–40 meters) and participate in height rescue procedures if needed.
CPR and First Aid certification required (must be obtained on hire or within timeframe).

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team to keep warehouse equipment in optimal condition for safety and efficiency.
Execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
Adjust and optimize equipment settings and parameters.
Identify and manage spare parts based on wear and performance.
Support installation of new equipment and liaise with vendors to resolve issues.
Develop maintenance technicians and maintain skills matrices.
Coordinate planned downtime with warehouse teams and track maintenance KPIs.
