The role focuses on uptime, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of AGV/LGV systems and conveyors, with hands-on leadership and strong communication with site leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance management supervising staff
• 5+ years in automation/mechanical maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical equipment, conveyance systems and warehouse automation
• Vendor management experience
• Troubleshooting automation control issues using WCS/WES or PLCs
• CMMS for spare parts inventories and preventive maintenance schedules
• MS Excel and maintenance software proficiency (basic)

Responsibilities

• Lead uptime optimization for LGV/AGV and conveyors in a high-volume DC.
• Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues with schematics and multimeters.
• Lead technicians; drive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Communicate with site leadership; present maintenance metrics.
• Support 24/7 operations ensuring reliability of automation equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested.
