Job summary

Westrock Coffee seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, operate and maintain automated production equipment in a modern food production facility. You will coordinate the Maintenance Department, schedule work, train technicians, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, certification in welding and IMI CMT-2 within 6 months, and experience with 3-phase motors, sensors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• Require Technical College/PLC Certification or higher education.
• Require minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Require certification as CMT-2 through IMI within 6 months of placement.
• Must read and understand complex instructions, prints, schematics.
• Must be able to train and guide maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize planned work orders.
• Record and report on daily activities.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant machinery.
• Work with production to resolve plant/process problems.
• Cross-train on system maintenance across shifts.
• Develop standard operating procedures for repairs.
