Qualifications

• Probationary period completed.
• Excellent attendance record (6 points or less) and maintain 9 points or less
• Excellent safety record, must not have a disciplinary action resulting in Suspension in the last 12 months.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends/holidays if required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated equipment to ensure continuous flow of products.
• Perform set-up, troubleshoot, and teardown of assigned equipment.
• Program equipment to accommodate various methods.
• Be responsible for KPI’s (throughput, equipment efficiency, yield, quality).
• Lock out tag out and read computer screens to safely run machinery throughout the shift.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 40 lbs.
• Perform other tasks to support production goals.
