Job summary

Torrey Holistics is hiring an Automation Line Technician to operate and fine-tune multiple machines on a highly automated production floor, work with robotic systems, and document performance to ensure on-time, on-spec orders.

You’ll start with a 5S walk-through and safety huddle, monitor several machines, perform maintenance, and assist with trials, upgrades, and line relief, while complying with safety and quality programs. Expect 12‑hour shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative teammate with organization, problem-solving.
• Comfort with computers and basic math; read drawings and review specs.
• Willingness to work 8-/12-hour shifts, weekends/holidays/overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and fine-tune multiple machines and robotic systems on the line.
• Document performance and enter data into our quality database.
• Support 5S and safety programs; participate in continuous improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance; assist with trials, installs, overhauls, and upgrades.
• Operate a forklift and provide line relief as needed.
