Job summary

Woodward Inc. is hiring an Operations Specialist to support the automation and robotics line at the Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL.

The role is on 2nd shift, from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday, focusing on sustaining efficient production and safety standards. We seek candidates with experience in automation/troubleshooting, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret drawings and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and troubleshooting automation and robotics production lines.
• Knowledge of complex manufacturing processes and quality standards (AS9100/ISO 9001).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical processes and maintain procedures for efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing production data and updating SOPs.
• Ensure quality through timely disposition and corrective actions.
