You will guide teammates, provide feedback, assist in interviewing candidates, and uphold safety procedures in a noisy, time-sensitive environment. High school diploma and 1–3 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate VPS Vertique Picking software in the automation environment.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and conveyors.
• Understand package dimensions, descriptions, and SKU numbers.
• Direct floor work to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in interviewing potential candidates and mentor teammates.
