Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an experienced Automation Lead for an onsite role in Charlotte, NC. You will mentor a testing team, design and implement scalable test automation frameworks, and guide adoption of DevOps practices across projects.

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, Selenium and Playwright, with strong API testing and CI/CD experience, is required. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable quality across web, services and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of QE and Test automation hands-on experience.
• Proficient in Java and JavaScript with UI, API and mobile automation.
• Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks with CI/CD.
• Ability to mentor team and drive engineering metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation team and drive client solutions and proposals.
• Build scalable test automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop dashboards and reports for engineering metrics and program health.
• Adopt DevOps culture and guide automation strategy across projects.
