Job Title:

Automation Lead Developer

T4 only

Pay Rate:

CA$86.02/Hour

Role Mandate:

• Join our Operation automation team to support automation applications, including core processing for P&BB, Wealth, and Collections accounts.
• Lead automation development using UiPath and Python to automate business services.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, collaborate across teams, and ensure quality through testing and maintenance.
• Translate user requirements into technical specifications, develop code, and prepare design documents.
• Support system design, advise on security, and debug applications.
• Apply knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and programming languages to develop high-quality applications and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work independently through the automation process from feasibility to deployment.
• Convert user needs into technical specifications and facilitate technical requirements.
• Develop, test, and document software, managing the full development lifecycle.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
• Ensure code/configurations meet security, logging, error handling, and performance standards.
• Evaluate new technologies for suitability and impact.
• Follow release management and version control standards.
• Assist in interpreting and documenting client requirements.

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills
• Previous banking experience is preferred
