Lead NetSuite Developer – NetSuite | Fast-Growing NetSuite Partner | Remote

Are you a hands-on NetSuite expert ready to lead from the front? We’re working with a rapidly expanding NetSuite Partner that’s on the hunt for a Lead NetSuite Developer to drive their development efforts and shape the future of their technical team.

This is more than just a leadership position — it’s an opportunity to stay in the code while mentoring a skilled team and collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge NetSuite solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & mentor a growing team of talented NetSuite developers
• Design & architect custom solutions using SuiteScript and NetSuite best practices
• Stay hands-on with scripting and development to ensure top-quality delivery
• Work directly with clints to understand needs and build tailored NetSuite implementations
• Help shape the technical strategy of a company scaling at speed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with NetSuite, especially SuiteScript
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• A passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and team development
• Ability to engage directly with clients and translate needs into technical solutions
