Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor production activities to meet schedule targets.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance and maintain clean workstation standards.
• Train and guide operators on CNC operations and automation processes.
• Coordinate with the supervisor to adjust staffing as needed.
• Support and troubleshoot CNC equipment and automated systems.
• Assist in maintaining production metrics and quality standards.
