Job summary

Wilsonart LLC in Taylor, TX is seeking an Automation Technician on 2nd shift to operate CNC mills, lathes, and routers. You will program, load, and verify CNC programs, read drawings, and ensure parts meet spec while keeping equipment safe and productive.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years CNC experience, knowledge of G/M codes, tool offsets, feeds and speeds, and CAD workflows. You will support robotics and train new operators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming concepts, toolpaths, feeds and speeds.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, or routers per work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Program, load, and verify CNC programs; troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
