Job summary

Wilsonart International invites applications for an Automation Production Lead. This role will guide an hourly team, supervise CNC operation, and support automated manufacturing systems to meet production goals. You’ll analyze processes, mentor operators, and ensure safety and quality across shifts.

You’ll operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment, coordinate with supervisors, and help deploy improvements. A strong leader with CNC knowledge will thrive here at Wilsonart.

Qualifications

• Leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Able to communicate clearly across shifts and departments.
• Familiarity with Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and PPE compliance across the shift.
• Direct daily production operations per the schedule to hit targets.
• Communicate capacity changes to the supervisor.
• Suggest process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Monitor material flow and adjust for efficiency.
• Train new operators and document procedures.
